1.Brief History of the Department

            The department of Urdu was established in the year 1968. The department has been Providing quality Education since its establishment. The department encourages the students to join PG, BEd, TTC in Urdu and our students are eligible for civil services. The department also provides objective type of question to write PG entrance for the students

2 .Objectives

• To plan to introduce the optional Urdu
• To increase the strength of students of three semester in all UG course
• The department conducts curricular and co-curricular activities.
• To develop scientific attitude and social responsibility among the students
•  To develop Research Skills among the students
• To strengthen the students both Academic and career development
• To encourage the Alumni in the development of the institution
• To make the department to play crucial role in the college activities like NAAC etc
•  The department encourages the students to involve in NSS, RRC and other activities
  
• The department conducts Assignments,seminar, Quiz, Group Discussion
  
• Project work, ICT Classes, Best Practice
